As your birth doula, I am waiting with you.

I believe that your body was made to give birth. When encouragement replaces fear, amazing things can happen. I tend to lean on the side of natural birth, but the most important thing is that you are happy with your birth choices. I will support you as you and your partner decide for yourselves what is best for you and your baby, and do everything I can to help you achieve that goal.  


I support families at hospital, birth center and home births. I serve the greater Puget Sound area, including: Marysville, Everett, Silver Lake, Mill Creek, Mukilteo, Lynnwood, Edmonds, Kenmore, Bothell, Shoreline, Seattle, Sea-Tac, Renton, Kent, Bellevue, Kirkland, Woodinville, Factoria, and many more.
